APPLICATION SCREENSHOT The brief
Beyond Basik Income Tax needed a polished, approachable web presence that communicates its tax preparation services and makes it easy for prospective customers to find the right information and contact the business.
The solution
I developed a responsive six-page website using semantic HTML, modern CSS and vanilla JavaScript. The site is structured around Home, Services, How It Works, Why Us, Reviews and Contact, with shared navigation and a consistent visual identity based on client-provided brand assets.
The experience prioritizes direct paths to relevant services over unnecessary interface complexity. Dedicated contact routes, business/location information and a Google Reviews link support customer discovery.
Engineering focus
- Responsive layouts and navigation from desktop to mobile.
- Consistent reusable styling and straightforward JavaScript interactions.
- Accessibility details such as keyboard-visible focus, descriptive interactive controls and reduced-motion support.
- Search and social metadata, canonical URLs and structured business information.
- Deployment with Vercel and a GitHub-connected source repository.
Result and scope
A public-facing informational website for a real client. It is not a tax-filing portal, payment system or document-handling application. No unverified traffic, conversion or revenue claims are made.
The live URL is supplied in the project’s public README; the exact availability of an external website can change independently of this portfolio.
